Dan Kruger was born in Dallas, Texas on June 1, 1957 to Charles Albert Kruger and Barbara Ann (Galbraith) Kruger, and passed away at his home May 23, 2016 at age 58. Dan is survived by his wife Marisa Atria Kruger, sons Alex Kruger and his wife Aly and Matt Kruger; his mother Bobbie Kelley, father Charlie Kruger and his wife Marilou; siblings, David Kruger and his wife Jaquidon, Linda Kelly and her husband Butch, Karen Archer, Pam Gladden and her husband Gerald, Tommy Parker, Vivia Kelly and her husband Garry, Timmy Parker and his wife Kendra, Leslie Thomson and her husband Scott, Jennifer Heuermann and her husband Dennis, Allison Malandrucolo and her husband Frank, and Angie Henson and her husband Paul. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Nancy Atria and brother-in-law Joe Atria and his wife Sue. A Memorial Service will be held at 11AM, Thursday, June 2nd at The Sanctuary Denver, 3101 West 31st Avenue in Denver. Dan is survived by his wife Marisa Atria Kruger, sons Alex Kruger and his wife Aly and Matt Kruger; his mother Bobbie Kelley, father Charlie Kruger and his wife Marilou; siblings, David Kruger and his wife Jaquidon, Linda Kelly and her husband Butch, Karen Archer, Pam Gladden and her husband Gerald, Tommy Parker, Vivia Kelly and her husband Garry, Timmy Parker and his wife Kendra, Leslie Thomson and her husband Scott, Jennifer Heuermann and her husband Dennis, Allison Malandrucolo and her husband Frank, and Angie Henson and her husband Paul. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Nancy Atria and brother-in-law Joe Atria and his wife Sue. He was a serial entrepreneur, a software architect and computer mastermind. He has multiple patents and has started 5 companies, the latest of which is called Absio which is the result of constant pondering. He has been concerned about internet privacy since the internet began. Dan loved movies that were inspiring. He enjoyed camping by rivers, loved to be fishing on large bodies of water, was a private pilot, and loved all things flying, he loved canyons and driving trips on hair raising jeep roads on mountain passes. He was a constant student of history, especially in the founding of our nation and a lover of liberty. He was also a problem-solver. He had a way of seeing into the nugget of a problem and seeing a set of possible solution. He spoke fluent computer and fluent human. He was a spiritual man and he listened to sermons to learn and to relax so he could sleep and quiet his mind. He will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him.
