Avery Mykal Harrison, 44, passed away on August 8, 2019. Born to the late Michael Bishop Elbeck and Marsha Lynne Hendrix on May 10, 1975 in Denver, Colorado, Avery was a true Colorado native. Avery was preceded in death by her father, Michael. She is survived by her husband, Benjamin Harrison; her daughter, Corrine Mykal Harrison; her mother, Marsha Lynne Hendrix; her siblings, Nicholas Hendrix, Crystal Beelner, and Jacee Elbeck; and many friends and extended family members.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held for Avery at 2PM on Friday, August 16, 2019 at Horan & McConaty, 11150 East Dartmouth Avenue, Aurora, Colorado.

In lieu of flowers, Avery’s family requests donations be made in her memory to Leslie’s Week for Metastatic Breast Cancer.

  1. Sorry I can’t be at your homegoing Cousin you are truly missed , I still can’t believe it , you fought a long hard fight , Ben and Corrine you in my prayers , I love you!

  2. Avery is such an inspiration. It was a long, tough battle that she fought and many of us watching it. Praying for peace and comfort for her husband Ben and daughter Corrine and for especially for her mother Lynne, but for everyone who has a heart for Avery as she touched many.
