Memories Timeline

  1. I followed much the same path as Denny, born in SD, school at SJU, in the Army at Ft Gordon, & then in Germany. Finally in Denver, & an MBA from DU. My condolences to his son & to his sister. Denny was fun to be around in college, a year ahead of me. I lived in eastern Montana so we hitch hiked some of the same roads (highway 10) back & forth to college.

  2. I was saddened to learn about Dennis’ passing. Although it has been many years since we last communicated, Dennis completed several appraisals for me at Coldwell Banker’s commercial mortgage group in the early 1980’s and later when I was Managing Director at NorthMarq Capital. I recall Dennis was very animated and loved to discuss real estate. He was the best dressed appraiser that I’ve ever known. RIP, Dennis.

  3. Dennis contracted with me to provide commercial appraisals to perform when I returned with my family to Colorado in late 1993, before I started my own firm. I too found him animated and enthusiastic about real estate. He was never the same after his tennis accident. I hope his son and sister find some comfort that he is now in a better place.
