Edward J. Brand “Ed”, age 77, died at Lakewood, Colorado on September 5, 2019.

Born August 18, 1942 in Denver, Colorado, he lived in Lakewood  and worked as an engineer in the telecommunications industry in the Denver area until retiring in 2008.

Survivors include his daughters, Correen Crocker and Debbie Hoerter of Littleton, grandchildren, Colton Crocker of Thornton, Annalise Hoerter and Jared Hoerter of Littleton, his brother, Charlie of Boulder, and nephews Philippe (Rachel) Brand of Portland, Eric (Shuchen) of San Francisco, Anthony Brand (Megan) of Peyton, Matthew Brand (Angie) of Golden.  Ed was preceded in death by his wife, Sherrie, brother, Leo, sister, Mary, and his parents, Joe and Martha.

Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 13, 2019, at Horan & McConaty, 5303 East County Line Road, Centennial, Colorado. Family and friends are welcome to join for a reception immediately following the service.

    I am so sorry for your loss. Your dad was blessed to have two daughters that loved him so much and took such great care of him! I can picture him from the days when I would come over to your house, or I would see him at the Hallmark store. What a happy, friendly man! May he rest in peace now with your mom!
