Memories Timeline

  1. Condolences to the family at this sad time. I remember Mrs. K well during my high school years. What a kindhearted and welcoming woman she was.

  2. Aunt Lillian was an amazing person. She seemed to never have had a bad thought or negative feeling about anyone or anything.
On the night she died, our very perceptive cattle-dog/border-collie mix, Cinder, very uncharacteristically woke us at 2:00 am (in California) wanting to give both my wife, Tina, and myself a kiss. Then without any other fuss, she curled up and went back to sleep. I feel that Aunt Lillian was acting through her.
The next morning, after my customary laps at the outdoor pool the lifeguards and I were enthralled to see a fantastic double-rainbow. We took this as a sign that Aunt Lillian went straight to heaven and that all was well.

  3. My sincerest condolences to the Keuhlen family. Aunt Lillian always seemed so happy with a great sense of humor. She was a wonderful friend/sister to my mother for so many years. Remembering all the holidays together, watching football, playing in the stream, and great food. Will miss her.
