Robert “Bob” Lacey, of Lakewood, Colorado, 86, passed away on December 4, 2018.

Bob was preceded in death by parents, Joseph and Josephine Lacey, and sisters Mary Helen and Carol Ann.

Bob is survived by his wife of 61 years, Ann; sons, Joe, Pat and Tom; daughters-in-law, Marcy and Paula; daughter, Jean Marie; seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

He taught accounting at Regis University for 30 years. In the early 1970’s, he was the first Education Director of the Colorado Society of CPA – his CPA license number is #1089.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, December 7, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Fatima, 1985 Miller Street, Lakewood, Colorado 80215.

Donations can be made to the Robert Lacey Accounting Scholarship at Regis University, 3333 Regis Blvd B-16, Denver, Colorado 80221.

  2. I am so sorry for your loss. May the God of comfort give you peace and help during this time. Something that always helps me when facing situations like these, is the scripture at Revelation 21:4, where it says “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.
