Ada Brown

April 27, 1924 — April 15, 2023

Ada Belva Ingemarson Brown, born April 27th, 1924 in Pennsylvania, passed away on Saturday, April 15th, 2023. She lived most of her adult life in San Francisco, California where she met and married Vern Imgemarson. They had two daughters Sharon and Karen.  Ada worked as a computer operator for Pacific Gas & Electric. She was an accomplished needlework artist. Friends and family are blessed to have her art hanging on their walls. She loved wildlife, fishing, camping and being outside. Ada loved animals of all kinds and was in awe of God’s creation. Ada was a quiet listener with a beautiful smile that drew others in. She was a strong, independent, and beautiful woman.

Ada was survived by her daughter, Sharon and Sharon’s husband, Dave Holman along with four grandchildren (Christine, Robert, Angela & Alan), nine great grandchildren, and one great-great grand-daughter. She was preceded in death by her parents, seven siblings, her husband Vern Ingemarson and second husband, Omer Brown and her daughter Karen English.

The Memorial service will take place at Living Way Fellowship in Highlands Ranch on Thursday, May 18th at 2:00 p.m. Her body will be interred at Olivet Memorial Park in Colma, California next to her husband Vern Ingemarson.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to be made to Foursquare Disaster Relief ( www.foursquaredisasterrelief.org ) in memory of Ada Brown.
