Alexandrea Raber

November 21, 1998 — July 2, 2017

Alexandrea Victoria Raber, 18, known to many as “Ally” transitioned July 2, 2017. She is loved and will be missed by many.

Ally was born November 21, 1998 in Denver, Colorado. Ally was beautiful, fun-loving and had a great smile! She had a great sense of humor and a contagious laugh.

Ally believed in putting others before herself and was active in the community by participating at Comcast Cares as well handing out water at local running races. Her passion for helping others led to her decision to join the US Navy as an Aircrew Survival Equipmentman. She loved to dance and was always listening to her music. We often observed Ally secretly choreographing dances in our basement in front of the mirror. Ally treasured spending time with her family and friends doing fun activities together. She enjoyed shopping for new clothes and especially shoes. She found fashion as a way to express herself and unique style.

Ally's greatest gift was her belief that when it rains, we should look for rainbows and when it’s dark, we should look for stars. Shine bright and we love you to the moon and back!

Ally is survived by her: Mom and Step-Dad, Tiffany and Andy Starrett; Father, Eric Raber; Siblings, Jeff “Alex” Anderson, Rebecca Raber, Kylie Starrett; Great Grandmother, Rebecca Ross; Grandparents, Roger and Carolyn Starrett; Dan and Barb Raber, Charles and Nancy Kaiser; Great Aunt Mary and Great Uncle Gary Starrett; Great Aunt Andrea Macaluso; Great Uncle Jeff Ross; Great Uncle Tom Richardson; Great Uncle Mike Richardson; Great Aunt Joyce and Great Uncle Paul Soetaert, Great Aunt Mickey and Great Uncle Dale Kaiser, Aunt Anita Wescott, Aunt Tammie Kaiser, Aunt Cheryl Kaiser; Aunt Amy Starrett; Aunt Erin and Uncle David Livingston, Aunt Kristin and Uncle Matt Mulhollen; and cousins like a field of sunflowers.
