Christopher Burge

Christopher Keith Burge, age 33, passed away Friday, March 12, 2021 in Littleton, CO. Chris was born in Denver on August 3, 1987 to parents Keith and Cindi Burge.

Chris graduated from Highlands Ranch High School in 2006, and from Arapahoe Community College, earning an Associate of Applied Sciences degree in Business Administration. Chris had been working for Federal Express for the last seven years. Chris’s foremost passions were film and travel, which were shared immensely with the rest of his family and friends. Chris absolutely loved to travel, especially numerous trips to Europe as well as New Zealand, Mexico, Hawaii and Alaska.  Many years of family ski trips were part of his childhood. Attending movies became a weekly tradition for him and others. His competitive nature was on full display when it came to games and cards.

Few people possessed the strength and perseverance Chris did. Though he was quiet and reserved, he always expressed humility, grace, dignity, and kindness. His stoicism would give way to a great wit and sense of humor. His non-judgmental attitude and extraordinary gentle and kind heart had an immense impact on the lives of his family and friends

Christopher is survived by his parents, Keith and Cindi Burge of Highlands Ranch, CO, his brother Brandon and wife Janelle of Castle Rock, CO, his brother Eric of New York, NY, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William and Goldie Burge of Marion, SD and Warren Gardner and Elsie Gardner of Lancaster, OH.

A Celebration of Life will be announced and held at a later date.
