David Gonzales

David blessed our family February 6, 1998. He joined his Lord and Savior on Sept 4, 2022. David came into this life as a gift and blessing to his parents Leon and Laura Gonzales. He was given life by Michael and Brenda Minter. He was a mere 24 years old and passed due to brain injuries in an accident. His best friend, Zeus, a 90 lb. gentle Pitbull misses David immensely. Sadly, David is preceded in death by his grandfather Roy Seachris (Laura), and Grandmother Irene Hard (Leon). Family was the most important thing for David, and he loved them all very much. He was his father’s son and his momma’s boy. David is remembered by many for being a respectful and nice person. David had a kind soul and was never afraid to tell someone how much he loved them. His life continues to bless others with the choice he made to be a donor. Holidays were his favorite times when the family gathered as one to have dinner. His hobbies were cooking, his BMX, playing APEX on his XBOX, and hanging out with his friends. He worked with his dad as an HVAC technician – some days started out rough but always ended with a smile. These are just a tip of the ice- berg of the things that are David’s legacy.

He is survived by his parents, Leon and Laura Gonzales, brother Eric Martinez, sister Melissa Dana (Bryce), and sister, Mason Minter. He has 3 nephews, Christopher (Eric), Logan and Connor (Melissa) who he loved to have around. He has additional biological siblings that he was hoping to get to know and build relationships. David also has aunts, uncles and cousins that he loved.

Services will be held, Wednesday, Sept 14th, 2022, at 2pm at Horan and McConaty on the NE corner of 80th and Wadsworth in Arvada, followed by a reception at 11605 W 74th Ave, Arvada CO 80005.
