Deborah Duffus

Deborah Ruth Duffus passed away in her home on January 6, 2023 at the age of 72.  Debbie was a proud Colorado native, born in Denver, where she graduated from Marycrest High School, Denver Paralegal Institute and Regis University.  Debbie lived a fulfilling life as a mother, sister and friend. She loved travel, musicals, movies old and new, celebrating holidays, walking and shopping with her dog, Roxy, spending time with her friends and, most especially, "her girls". She is survived by her daughter, Sarah Ruth Duffus (Luke De Hoyos) and her two granddaughters, Eliza Ellen and Mckenna Mary Duffus De Hoyos.

Debbie is also survived by two sisters, Ann Nikolas (Ron) and Ellen Floyd, her niece Molly Nikolas Ryberg (Kevin) and numerous friends. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Marvene and Edward Floyd, her sister, Mary Beth Floyd and her niece, Katie Nikolas.

Funeral services will take place at at the St. John Francis Regis Chapel on Saturday, February 11, 2023, at 11AM. Chapel located on Regis University campus, 3333 Regis Blvd. (50th & Lowell) in Denver. Light refreshments to follow.
