Helen Berglund

Helen Marie Berglund (maiden name Sprunck), of Denver, a teacher, died Dec. 27th, 2021. She was 91 years old.

She was born Oct. 9th, 1930, in Denver, Colorado. Graduated with a bachelors at Denver University in 1952, and married Calvin Dale Berglund June 22nd, 1952, that same weekend.
Nursed her husband, mother in law, and aunt, as well as nurtured her sons with their loved ones - was a caretaker to many.

She was a teacher for all of her career with Denver Public schools, teaching elementary school and Adult Parenting classes. After retirement, she enjoyed her years in Denver, CO. with a good book to read and the occasional Village Inn meal.

She’s survived by her two son’s Brent and Gary, along with her two granddaughters Kelly and Rose.

Services January. 6th, 2022, 10:00 am, Fort Logan National Cemetery where she will be laid to rest with her late husband C. Dale Berglund.
