Helen Rhodes

Helen Rhodes was born on February 1, 1972 and lived in Golden Colorado. She was the daughter of Marilyn and David Rhodes.

Unexpectedly, on Saturday March 25th, Helen suffered a tragic fall. It is believed that her life ended immediately.

She attended and graduated as a demon from Golden High school. She combined her love for children and her compassion as a caring health care professional at Shelton Elementary school for 15 plus years. Those at school remember her tirelessly working and caring for children even during the hardest of times.

Helen’s passions and hobbies were spending time with loved ones, loving on her dogs, and cheering on the Denver Broncos.

In 1995, Helen married her former husband, Jeff Kampovitz and went on to have their two children Alex (Nov. 7, 1997) and Koa Kampovitz (Apr. 30, 2000). They were her greatest achievements and blessings. She raised them to share her love of Golden, her humor and her incredible compassion for everyone.

Helen will be celebrated in a private service.
