Jacqueline Fink

Jacqueline A. Fink, 80, of Arvada passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2021. Born on January 15, 1941 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was the daughter of Jack H. and Jule C. (Banik) Cahill, both of whom passed when she was very young.  On January 23rd, 1965, Jacque married Ron Fink and began what would be 56 years of marriage.  She considered her in-laws, Henry and Lillian Fink, as her adopted parents.

While Jacque worked as secretary for the Jefferson Center for Mental Health for many years, her most favorite thing was family. She enjoyed birthdays, holidays and any day we could gather to eat and enjoy our lives together.  She looked forward to taking care of the grand-kids every chance she could get, making each time a little special.

She will be remembered for her love for Jesus and love for people.  Her greatest wish was for all people to know Jesus and experience the faithfulness she had experienced in her own life. While working at JCMH, she treated the mentally ill with the same compassion she had for her own family.  As part of the Corinthians Class at Calvary Temple, she made lifelong friends, many of which have preceded her in her passing.

In addition to her husband, Ron, she is survived by her sons, Devon Fink and his wife, Tanya, Brendon Fink and his wife, Beth, and Gavin Fink and his wife, Julia, her grandchildren, Brandon, Ciara, Patrick, Gemma, Sean, Donovan, Lily, Spencer, Aidan and Gavin Jr. She is survived by her sister, Julie and her children Rachele and Bryan Erickson; and by her Sister-in-Law, Phyllis and her children, Dan, Randy and Heather Pelon; and her Brother-in-law, Larry Fink and his wife, Marilyn.

A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at 11:00 am with a visitation starting at 10:00 am at Horan & McConaty, 7577 W. 80th Ave. Arvada, CO 80003. Following the service, Jacque will be laid to rest in Arvada Cemetery.
