Jeanne Donnelly

Jeanne Carol Donnelly, age 93, died peacefully in her home, June 1, 2022.  She was a graduate of The Ohio State University, worked as a school teacher and later managed a day care center.  She was a Cub Scout Den Mother, Boy Scout committee member, and an avid bird watcher. Mrs. Donnelly enjoyed investing as a hobby and was a life long sports fan who avidly followed the PGA and Champions golf tours until the time of her death.

Jeanne married George Mathews Donnelly on July 17, 1954 and raised two sons, as well as all manner of pets.  She is survived by her son Mathew, his wife Elizabeth, and three grandchildren, David, Kristina, and James.  She is also survived by her sister Joan, and several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law Marcie, sister Joan, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband George and son Robert.

She will be buried at Ft. Logan National Cemetery, next to her husband George, on July 12th, 2022. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Red Cross or Planned Parenthood.
