Norine Hoffman

Passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at age 70. Predeceased by her mother, Nancy M. Matthews. Norine is survived by sister Lori A. Echols, brother George (Sue) Matthews, sons, Donald E. (Lisa) Hoffman and Chris Hoffman, grandchildren Kari Hoffman, Nick Trusievitz and Stephen (Katrina) Hoffman, great grandchildren, Braylenn and Stella Hoffman. Norine was born in Gary, IN on 11/23/47 to George and Nancy Matthews. She moved to Colorado at the age of 16 and graduated from Bear Creek High School. She worked as a dental assistant and then, like her mother, began a career in cake decorating for King Soopers Bakery till she retired early due to health reasons. She enjoyed going to Central City with friends, loved spending time with her grandchildren and loved her great grandchildren to pieces. She also enjoyed country music with Alan Jackson being her favorite singer. She was loved very much by her family and friends and will be greatly missed by all.
