Pete Wilcox

Pete Wilcox (78) of Centennial, CO passed away peacefully Sept. 18th after a battle with Leukemia.   Pete was a resident of Centennial, CO with his wife Pat who predeceased him in 2020.  He leaves behind three children, Eric Wilcox of Allentown Pennsylvania, Wendy Armbruster of Coconut Creek, Florida and Tracy Kosloff of Englewood, Colorado.   Pete is also survived by five grandchildren (Allison, Daniel, Kaitlyn, Tyler, Asher).

Pete was born and raised in Rochester, New York and was the older brother to Tom, David and Pat.   He attended the University of Michigan where he met the love of his life, Patricia Kent Wilcox.   Pete and Pat married on April 28, 1967.

Together, Pete and Pat settled and raised their children in Ann Arbor, MI where Pete took an active role in his children’s sports.  As a member of St. Andrew’s Catholic church, in Saline MI, Pete served as an Extraordinary Minister after receiving First Communion in 2003.

Pete enjoyed a long career as a Systems Engineer with the Ford Motor Company.   After retirement he and Pat moved to Colorado to be near their youngest daughter and grandchild.  Pete will be remembered for his understated but omnipresent sense of humor, his love of music and his devotion to his wife, Pat.
