She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 47 years, Jack Robert Davis Jr. Sheila was born October 25, 1946, in Cheyenne County, Kansas, to Rudy and Erna Schlepp. Sheila moved to Denver, Colorado, shortly after graduating from high school and attended cosmetology school and later met Jack in 1969. Sheila and Jack spent most of the last 30 years traveling from one baseball/football game to another following their grandsons all over the country, hitting every garage sale she could find and tending to her many tomato plants that she grew every summer. Sheila is survived by her son Terry and his wife Sherri, and her son Corey; grandsons, Aaron and his wife Sarah; Jordan, and Dalton; great grandsons James, Harrison and Brooks. A private Celebration of Sheila's life and private committal at Fort Logan will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Nourish Meals on Wheels of Littleton.
