Sheryl Ann Titter passed away on March 2, 2023 after a long battle with kidney disease and diabetes. She was born in Chicago to Rolfe and Georgette Newton on May 12, 1943, she was the oldest of eight siblings. She spent most of her youth in the Chicago and Wisconsin area moving to Fairport, NY in her mid teens. Sheri met her future husband, Skip, while in college (it was love at first sight) and were wed for 58 joyous years. She was a stay at home mom and raised three children; her daughters, Sarah and Rachel, and her granddaughter Laura. Sheri loved to read and to write stories. Sheri and Skip loved to travel and visited zoos and museums wherever they went. She will be missed by her loving husband and children. A memorial service will be held on March 24, 2023 at 10:30 AM at Horan & McConaty located at 9998 Grant St. Thornton with a private interment afterwards at Ft Logan Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that a donation be made to the American Kidney Fund in Sheryl’s name.
