Verlie Miller

Verlie Doreen Miller, 88, passed away November 23, 2022. She was born September 2, 1934, in Trinidad, Colorado to Matilda and Silfred Deluna.

She moved to Denver and while there met and married Jack John Miller. They settled in Lakewood Colorado where they adopted and raised three children.  An active member of the LDS Church (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints), she valued family and the love of the Gospel above all else.

Verlie is preceded in death by her adoring husband, Jack John Miller in 2012.

She is survived by their three children, Steven M Miller, Deborah S Miller and Jack R. Miller (wife Colleen); their stepson, John Miller; grandchildren, Rachel, Marie, Christopher, Jacqueline, Leah, Amber and Britni; and great grandchildren, Gauge and Lucia.

A Viewing and Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 10:00 A.M., December 3, 2022 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 6465 W. Jewell Ave., Lakewood, CO. 80232.

The viewing will begin at 9am, and the funeral will begin at 10am.

Verlie will be buried with her beloved husband Jack, at Fort Logan National Cemetery on December 5, 2022 at a private family service.
