Ada Irene Heline

Ada Irene Heline, 94, passed away in Littleton, Colorado on August 22, 2019.

Ada was born in Marysville, Kansas to Anna and Murray McDonald.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics from Kansas State University and obtained a teaching certificate from the University of Colorado. She was a teacher at Mesa Elementary School in Boulder, Colorado. She always enjoyed education and teaching.

Ada loved spending time with her family. She was a member of Atonement Lutheran Church and Flatirons Country Club. She enjoyed many activities including golfing, square dancing, camping, traveling, and playing card games.

Ada is survived by her children Gregory Heline, Karen Wolny, and Mark (Lisa) Heline, and her grandchildren Shelby Robinson, Jenny Galassi, Kristy Talevich, Katey Heline, Jared Wolny, MacKenna Palinckx, Chris Wolny, Tyler Heline, Ashley Heline and Madison Heline. She was predeceased by her husband Robert “Bob” Heline, her brothers and sisters Alvin MacDonald, Emily Bird, Lola Schroeder, Marybelle Opfer, Luella Weckerling, Nelda Pollman, and William MacDonald.

Funeral Service will be held 11:00AM, Saturday, September 7, 2019 at Atonement Lutheran Church (685 Inca Pkwy, Boulder, CO 80303).

Memorial Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
