Adam, 34, of Centennial, Colorado passed away November 20, 2015. He is survived by his parents, Ted & Susan Hayes; sister, Kara Morris; partner, Amanda Herring; and daughter, Isla Herring-Hayes. Memorial Service for Adam will be Saturday, December 5, 2015, 11 AM, at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 5303 East County Line Road, Centennial. a reception will follow at Finn McCools, 8880 East Arapahoe Road, Englewood.
