Adeline Coates

Adeline, (Addy) Coates, 93, of Centennial, Colorado, passed away on December 28, 2016. Adeline Schultz, was born in Morris, Manitoba on June 18, 1923. She grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Addy was married to Allan Coates on July 24, 1946; they were married 64 years. Addy moved to Wisconsin and became a United States citizen. Many of her adult years were spent in Grand Forks. Addy is survived by her sons, Bob (Nancy) Coates, Tom (Deb) Coates, her grandchildren, Becky, Dan, Brett, Sarah, Rachel, great grandchildren, Michael, Delilah, Jed, her sisters Vera, Elsie, Laurel and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, George Schultz and Edith Dreger Schultz, her husband Allan, her brothers George, David and a sister Wally. Addy will be remembered for her love of family, her personal faith and her passion for card games and bowling. There will be a celebration of her life in June in Winnipeg, Canada.
