Albert M. Kummer

Albert M. ""Al"" Kummer, 71, entered into eternal life on Saturday, May 27, 2017. He is preceded in death by his parents Friedrich and Maria Kummerscheimer, his brother Victor Kummerscheimer, and sister Emma Kummerscheimer. He is survived by his loving wife Kathy Kummer, his daughters Jennifer Kummer and Stacey Moody (Tom), and son Jeff Kummer (Jennifer); grandson's Marshall, Carter, Cooper, Dylan and granddaughter Kaitlyn; sister Frieda Luetzen and brother Alex Kummer. Al was born in Lebensted, Salzgitter, Germany on July 22, 1945. The Kummerscheimer Family arrived in New York on September 20, 1951 and moved to Denver, Colorado where he lived for 66 years, raising a loving family of his own. A visitation will take place at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 5303 East County Line Road, Centennial, CO 80122. A rosary will follow at 7:00 p.m. at the same location. A funeral mass will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 2, 2017, at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 8035 South Quebec Street, Englewood, CO 80112.
