Survived by his children: JoAnn Loveland, Albert Phelan, Jr., Donald Phelan, and Victoria Martin; grandchildren, Dale, Victoria, Don, Rochelle, David F., David L., Margaret, Jolene, Matthew and Nathan; 10 great grandchildren. Visitation Wednesday 4-8 p.m., Funeral service Thursday 1 p.m. both at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd. Interment Ft. Logan National Cemetery.
