Albert J. Quinlivan, Jr., 85, passed away January 1, 2011. Born in North Platte, NE, November 8, 1925 to Albert J. and Gertrude Monaghan Quinlivan. Survived by loving and loved wife of 62 years, Johanna ""Sue"" Robertson Quinlivan; daughter Mary (Monte) Mondragon; sons David (Kathleen), John, Joseph, Daniel (Margarita), Mark, and Matthew; 10 grandchildren; 2 step grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and sister Isabel M. Freeman. A.J. was a 1949 graduate of the Colorado School of Mines. He worked on dam construction in Estes Park, for the atomic Energy Commission in Oak Ridge, on the gas storage project at Leyden Mine and did private consulting. He was a long time member of St. Philomena's Parish and later of Holy Ghost. Visitation Friday, January 7, 6-7 pm with Rosary at 7 pm at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 1091 S Colorado Blvd, Denver. Funeral Mass Saturday, January 8, 11 am at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, 1900 California St, Denver. In lieu of flowers contributions are suggested to Fr.
