Alexander died in a tragic car accident the morning of July 6, 2023.
Al was a creative, kind, loving free-spirit who loved music, art, travel and the outdoors. He was an avid snowboarder/skier. He enjoyed kayaking, rafting and paddleboarding. If it was extreme, he loved it. He liked working with his hands whether it was plasma cut metal sculptures, or wood working and carpentry. He loved his dogs Harley and Shu. Most of all he loved his family and friends.
I will miss his big heart dearly.
Survived by his Mother Cathleen Burke (Katie), and a vast network of family and friends.
Preceded in death by his Father Adrian Johnson.
Funeral Services will be held at Horan & McConaty in Aurora on Friday, July 28th at 11 am
Al’s dogs were with him in the vehicle at the time of the accident and although they survived, their injuries require a lot of care from the veterinarians to get them walking and rehabilitated.
In lieu of flowers/gifts- donations for the dogs ongoing care would be greatly appreciated, but not expected.
