Alfred Maurice Burns

Alfred M. Burns, Jr., 71, of Denver, passed away November 22, 2006, at his home. Born August 24, 1935 in Brooklyn, he was the son of Alfred, Sr. and Ruthann (Brennan) Burns. Al retired from United Airlines in 2001, following 44 years of service, both in New York and Denver. He was very proud of his time serving as a Green Beret. He is survived by Sharra D'Amico; their children, Mary, John (Katrin), Michael (Tammy), Angela, Joshua Landis, Erika Landis; grandchildren Ariel, Madison, Yale, & Miles; his former wife Marylee Burns; his dear friend Barry Schneble. He was preceded in death by two sons Thomas & William.
