Alfred Preston Conner

Alfred Preston Conner, 87, passed away November 12, 2008, in Westminster, Colorado. He was born June 15, 1921, in Malta Bend, Missouri, a son of William and Nancy Belle Minor Conner. He is survived by his wife, Rene, of Thornton, CO; children: Nancy Ann Moore (husband, Clayton), of Centennial, CO; Catherine Ann Frazier (husband, Jim), of Livingston, Montana; Nelson James Conner, Denver, CO; step-son, Ronald K. Firebaugh (wife, Kathy), Denver, Colorado; four grandchildren: Jamie Lynn Straessler (husband, Scott); Matthew Tyrel Frazier (wife, Melinda); Molly Ann Moore & Katherine McQuade Moore. Preceded in death by his parents and by his wife, Winifred Ann Conner. A Funeral service will be held on Monday, November 17th, 2008, at 11:00 a.m., St. Martha's Episcopal Church, 4001 - 76th Ave., Westminster, CO. A viewing will begin at 10:00 a.m. at the Church. A Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 19th, 2008, time TBD, at the Union Baptist Church and Cemetery, in Malta Bend, Missouri.
