Alice McHale Aires, 87, beloved mother, wife, grandmother, and great grandmother, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side November 7th 2015. Proceeded in death by her son, Tommy; survived by her husband Frank of 67 years; her children Lee (Nancy), Timmy (Mary), Mary (Daniel), Priscilla (Tony), Terry (Tamara), Siobain (James); 14 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Born in Carbondale PA, Alice was one of 11 children. She was a graduate of Georgetown-Visitation in Washington D.C. Once married, Alice was a military wife who traveled the world finally settling in Colorado Springs. She had a successful career at Walker Real Estate for many years. Alice was also very involved with her local charity Ecumenical Social Ministries, was devoted to her Catholic Church and large family spread all over the country. She eventually moved to Highlands Ranch in 2009 to be closer to her children and grandchildren. Alice touched many lives with her great sense of humor, joyful spirit and huge heart, making her easily beloved by all. She loved to read, garden in the yard, golf, Colorado sports, and being around her family. It was always a treat for us to be with her when Notre Dame, Rockies, Broncos, Rams, or AF Falcons took the field. She will be deeply missed and forever hold a special place in all of our hearts.
