Alicia Clifton

We are heartbroken to announce the death of our dearly beloved daughter, mother, sister, grandmother, sister-in-law, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend, Alicia (Lisa) N. (Smith) Clifton. She passed unexpectedly on July 15, 2022, due to (at present) an unknown medical issue.

Alicia was born April 2, 1977, and was native to Colorado. She will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of coming into contact with her. Alicia was so very loving, kind, generous, and quick to make long-term friends. She had a wonderful sense of humor and was adored by many. We could all be assured that if she were in the room, we would all be laughing with her.

Alicia experimented with many occupations (some a bit unusual), but the occupation she most favored was in stock exchange. She had many interests, especially in her dog (Spencer), along with reading, traveling, dancing, karaoke, and spending time with family and friends. She gave her all to work, play, and of course, Spencer.

Alicia is survived by her mother Deborah Benke-Davis, father and stepmother, Robert and Vivia Smith, daughters Elyssa Voorhees (Ashton Voorhees), and Autumn Garcia (Josh Garcia), brother Matt Smith (Richelle Smith), sister, Crystalynn Smith, grandchildren (Colton, Piper, Jameson, and John-Lucas), and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Rest in peace Lisa; you beautiful soul. You will forever be in our hearts, and in the stars you will remain living and laughing. May your indomitable spirit shine-on.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, July 22nd at 10:00am at Horan & McConaty Thornton Chapel, 9998 Grant St., Thornton, Colorado 80229.
