Alvin Donald Gammon

Alvin “Al” D. Gammon, 85, of Lakewood, Colorado died peacefully September 7, 2012.

Beloved husband of Edith for 59 years; devoted father of Patrice Gammon (Edgar) Rivera and Juli A. (Ted Wong) Gammon; loving grandfather of Melissa (Frank) Zamora, Vanessa Enslow, Serena (Warner) Hettick, Alysha (Will) Tarantino, Lorance and John Wong; and proud great grandfather of Kinsasha, Kahlia, Kitana, Kai, Kiahna and Kenai Zamora, Lily and Brynna Hettick.

There will be a Memorial Service Thursday, September 13, 2012 at 10:00 AM at Green Mountain United Methodist Church, 12755 West Cedar Drive, Lakewood, Colorado 80228.

A Committal Service will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2012 at 2:00 PM, at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Staging Area “A”, 3698 South Sheridan Boulevard, Denver, Colorado 80236.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Ocular Immunology and Uveitis Foundation, 348 Glen Road, Weston, Massachusetts 02493 in Memory of Al and in honor of Kinsasha.
