Anastacio A. Chacon

Anastacio A. Chacon was born in Taos, New Mexico on May 17, 1922 to Jose Abelino Chacon and Matilda Garcia Chacon, and passed away at Lutheran Hospice on July 10, 2015 at age 93. Anastacio was preceded in death by his wife Eva. He is survived by his children David Fresquez, Ronnie Chacon and his wife Doris and Debra Delgado. He is also survived by his grandchildren, David Fresquez, Jr.. Rene Vettale, Ronnie Chacon Jr. Ronine Higgenbotham, Lynnette Hernandez, Toni Mifflen, Leonard Chacon, Christopher Chacon, Eric Delgado, Bernadette Tresco, and Nicole Benevides. Anastacio is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son Larry Chacon, granddaughter Miranda Delgado and brother Joe Chacon. Visitation will be Saturday, July 18, 12PM - 5PM, Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3020 Federal Boulevard. Recitation of the Rosary will be at St. Dominic Catholic Church, West 29th Avenue and Federal Boulevard, Monday, July 20th at 10AM, with the Funeral Mass immediately following. Interment will be at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
