Andrea Linton Hollis, RN BSN, 69, returned to her Savior Jesus Christ on May 22,2021 following a long battle with Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma.
Born in the District of Columbia in 1951, Andrea is the daughter of Theodore Francis Linton and Lucy Ann Volonino. Andrea grew up in Arlington, Va. and graduated from Wakefield High School (1969) then received her BSN from the University of Virginia (1973). She served as a head nurse in the surgical ICU at UVA hospital where she met and married Harris Whitton Hollis, Jr. MD, FACS her husband of 45years.
She is survived by four adult children and eight grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held on June 19, 2021 at 10am at Church of the Epiphany, 100 Colorado Boulevard, Denver, Colorado 80206. Reception to follow on Saturday, June 19, 2021 from 11:30am-1pm at Horan & McConaty HeartLight Center, 11150 East Dartmouth Avenue, Aurora, Colorado 80014.
