Andy Wolfe

d. November 1, 2009

It is with great sadness that we write to tell you of Andy's death on Thanksgiving evening. He had been heroically fighting mesothelioma since late April. He lived a wonderful and successful life as a CPA, controller, entrepreneur and president of his company '"" Exigent Information Solutions. He was a native Denverite who loved the Broncos and suffered through the early years (and vertical striped socks) and rejoiced with the first Super Bowl win. He played baseball and was awarded a scholarship to attend Northern Arizona University. The Denver Bears and later the Rockies were his teams. Season tickets to both the Broncos and the Rockies were a must. He loved football, baseball, tennis and golf, playing all well at Kennedy, NAU and for his own enjoyment. Watching sports or as an active participant, he was a lover of all sports. He started Exigent about 15 years ago following a number of years as a CPA for a big eight accounting firm and as controller for an oil and gas company. With his CPA and oil and gas experience, his development and implementation of the GPIS software to monitor oil and gas production accounting is now in use in a number of oil and gas firms around the country. Andy was an involved community member in Bear Valley, Country West and Eagle View Homeowner Associations. He served on the boards or participated in other community activities. He was passionate about doing the right thing and what was in the best interests of the community, always! He was a loving husband, brother, uncle and friend. He gave his time and talents to anyone in need, often anonymously. Please join us in a celebration of Andy's life on Friday, December 4, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. The memorial service will be at Horan & McConaty '"" 3101 South Wadsworth Blvd. Andy Wolfe, 57, of Littleton.
