Ann Marie Flanagan

Ann Marie Flanagan was the third and youngest child of Thomas C. and Marie Hogan Flanagan of Omaha, Nebraska, born on February 12, 1933. She came to Colorado to attend Loretto Heights College, where she obtained an undergraduate degree and later a Master's in Social Work from the University of Denver. Ann Flanagan worked for more than 30 years at Denver Public Schools. She was an avid golfer and loved her Irish family and relatives on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean.She is survived by 13 nieces and nephews. Ann was an active member of the Church of the Risen Christ parish and several professional associations. She passed away on November 18, 2012 at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 PM Thursday, Horan & McConaty, 1091 S. Colorado Blvd. A Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 AM Friday, Church of the Risen Christ 3060 S. Monaco Parkway.
