Anna Vasquez

Anna M. Vasquez, 89, of Westminster passed away on May 13, 2022, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born on July 9, 1932, in Colorado, she was the daughter of Tony and Katie (Rivera) Marquez. Anna married Vincent Vasquez on January 25 and together they shared 62 years of marriage until his passing in 2020.

She enjoyed bowling with her late brother, fishing with her late husband, and spending time with her family.

Anna is survived by her children, (Leonard Vasquez  Liz Vasquez Louis Vasquez), her grandchildren: Jordan Vasquez, Leonard Aron Vasquez, Abraham Vasquez, Absolom Herrera great-grandchildren, Mateo Vasquez, Cole E. Vasquez, and Darcy Q. Vasquez, her siblings Steven Marquez and Pat Marquez.

In addition to her husband, Vincent and her parents Tony and Katie, she is preceded in death by her brother, Tony Marquez and Charlie Marquez.

A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at 5:00pm, with a Prayer Service at 6:00pm at Horan & McConaty Funeral Home, 7577 W. 80th Ave. Arvada, CO 80003. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at 10:00am at Horan & McConaty, 7577 W. 80th Ave. Arvada 80003, followed by burial at 12:00pm at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
