Anne J. Gruda

Anne Gruda, 93, passed away May 10, 2018. She is survived by her daughters Mary Gruda (Mickey), Linda Gruda (Brian), and Victoria Gruda (David); grandsons Mark Petrocchi and Matthew Beeson (Vicki), and great granddaughter Brooke. Her husband John “Joe” Gruda and son John J. Gruda preceded her in death. Born in Russell Gulch, Colorado to Ferruccio and Maria “Mary” Dallapietra, Anne lived all of her life in Colorado. She had a full life raising her children and taking in all the stray pets they adopted. Anne’s mother lived with her nearly her entire adult life. Anne was an only child growing up but Joe’s sister and brothers and Anne’s many nieces and nephews made for lots of lively family gatherings. Anne was ready to lay down the burdens old age brought upon her. Her smile will live on in our memories forever.
