With his infectious smile and playful spirit, our beloved Anthony Thomas Gudmunson left our hearts way too soon. Anthony came into the world on March 6, 2002, and he gained his angel wings on March 15, 2024.
We will remember his mischievous cool kid persona, the joys of his life, his love for sports and gaming, the love he had for his family and friends. He had the biggest smile and most contagious laugh. Anthony was fiercely loyal and the hardest working young man many of us have ever known. But when it was time to cut loose, he was never afraid to get a little dirt on his face. Anthony enjoyed life outdoors and laughing until he cried.
He deeply loved the children that called him uncle and was always able to shine light on a bad situation. His passing leaves us filled with memories and more tears than can be counted. His heart was simply too pure for this world. Anthony knew family was a feeling of security, trust, loyalty and love. Even when life was hard, Anthony loved so much harder. The world has lost a bright light, but we will continue to shine in his memory.
Anthony is survived by his parents Thomas Gudmunson, Jennifer and Andre Simmons, siblings Kayleigh and Evan Gudmunson, his niece and nephew Leighelle and Kavon Lewis-Stallworth, grandparents Lois Grubbs, Gail and Craig Buterbaugh, Shirley Simmons, and more aunts, uncles, cousins and friends than can be counted.
In loving memory of Anthony Gudmunson, organized by Jessica White
