Anthony Kilhoffer

January 9, 1974 — December 8, 2021

Anthony “Tony” Kilhoffer passed away on December 8, 2021, at the age of 47. He spent his time on this Earth soaking up everything that could make up an enjoyable human experience. He chose to spend his time surrounded by his family & friends, camping in the mountains, or cruising on his motorcycle in the 300 days of sunshine his beloved state of Colorado offered. He enjoyed seeking out amazing meals and restaurants, with an Old Fashioned cocktail to follow it up.

Anthony took pride in his professional career, both military and civilian. He served in both the Air Force and Army since the age of 18, finishing his career as Captain. Many of his lifelong friends came from his time in the military, as well as his fellow Veteran brothers in the Denver VMC he was deeply involved in.

In his civilian career, Anthony was a successful computer programmer and CTO of Kanso Software, a company he not only helped build into what it is today but fostered a culture of friendship and input for anyone who became a part of the team.

Those who were lucky enough to get to know Anthony, feel grateful to have experienced the kind, funny, heartfelt, and loving person that he was. He left a large imprint when he left us all, and he will be missed dearly.

He leaves behind his four children Haile Elizondo, Kelsie Kilhoffer, Drew Kilhoffer, and Cannon Kilhoffer; grandchild Ember Elizondo, another granddaughter on the way; and his beautiful fiancee Melissa Palmer.
