Anthony McAleavey

Anthony McAleavey, born May 10, 1938 in Belfast, Ireland to John and Margaret (McKeating) McAleavey. Died December 12, 2012 at his home in Aurora, Colorado. Tony is survived by spouse Camilla; children Jane (Steve) Lawless, Joanne (Paul) Sweeney, Sean (Molly) McAleavey and Douglas (Diana) Corlew; grandchildren Lacy Sweeney, Emma and Ben Lawless and Liam McAleavey; sister Anne (Colin) Thompson. Tony was a founding member of the Colorado United Irish Society and a staple in the Aurora business community for over 20 years owning Sheabeen Irish Pub, one of oldest Irish pubs in the Denver area. Tony's family would like to extend a special thank you to sister-in-law Rita for the kind and generous care she gave to Tony. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 14, 2012 at 4:00 PM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 11150 E. Dartmouth Ave., in Aurora. Donations suggested to the Denver Hospice, 501 S.
