Anthony John Pertusi July 16, 1931- September 17, 2017 Anthony (Dad and Papa) Pertusi died at his home September 17, 2017 at 11:57pm surrounded by his family. He is survived by wife Christine; daughters Laura and Alissa; sons in law Patrick and Chris; beloved grandchildren Ethan and Emma and his brother; John and sister in law, Janet. Anthony lived in Littleton, Colorado for almost 50 years as a devoted member of the St. Mary’s Parish and in a life defined by profound and powerful faith. He developed a successful career of over 40 years as a publishing executive. Anthony was a collector of coins and hundreds of classic books. He read the sports page every morning and was an avid sports fan- but baseball was his first love. The pride and joy of his life was the family he shared with his wife Christine (of 55 years), his daughters, and his grandchildren. Anthony’s life was never fuller than when he spent time with his family. Anthony’s kind and generous demeanor was highly respected by many. His faithful influence reached many people and his legacy lives on in the community of those whom he touched in his life. A vigil service is planned at Horan & McConaty 5303 E County Line Rd. at 7pm on Thursday, September 21, 2017. A funeral mass will be held at St Mary Catholic Church in Littleton, 6853 S. Prince Street at 11am on Friday, September 22, 2017, followed by a memorial celebration at Hudson Gardens 6115 South Santa Fe Drive from 1-3pm.
