Anthony J. Riccio, 77, originally from Cleveland, OH, and resident of Littleton, CO, passed away peacefully in his home on Feb. 19, 2015, ending a long, hard-fought and courageous battle with cancer. Tony had a masters degree in mechanical engineering. His passions were snowing skiing, traveling, and coaching and playing softball, including eight years on Senior Softball teams, winning four national championships. He is preceded in death by his parents, Antimo and Concetta, his sister Josephine and brother John. He is survived by his beloved wife of 35 years, Ruth Ann, brother James of Parma, OH, daughter Patricia Clark (Jason) of Forest, VA, daughter Lisa Cerha of Saltville, VA and son Thomas (Judith) of Brunswick, GA. He was devoted to his grandchildren, Kelsey Fowler, Scott Bunner, Michael Riccio, Anthony Cerha, Jonathan Riccio, Elizabeth Riccio and Taylor Clark. Visitors will be received at Horan & McConaty, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood, CO 80277, on Mon., Feb. 23 from 4-8 p.m., and a funeral mass on Tues., Feb. 24 at 11:00 a.m., at Horan & McConaty Chapel, with interment following at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
