April Schmitz

April Kay Schmitz, age 47, died unexpectedly on 12/11/2022 in Arvada Colorado.  April was born on 1/21/1975 in Ocomomowoc WI, to Reva Rhode and Mark Schmitz.

She lived in Wisconsin, Texas and Colorado.

April worked at Orange Glow and Human Scale as a project manager and customer service specialist.

April was survived by her daughter Davina Schmitz (Jacob Plaster), of Aurora Co., her step children Matthew Heffernen, of Denver Colorado and DeAnna Heffernen of Stafford Virginia, as well as her grandchildren Damien and Rosalie Plaster of Aurora Colorado and ex partner, Anna Eastman.

April also leaves behind her beloved family from Wisconsin.

We will celebrate April's life at the end of January, on her birthday, in Colorado and in the spring in Wisconsin.

April was a fun and vibrant soul that touched many people. She will be sadly missed by many and the memories she made with each of us will live on. Although her life, at times, was hard she brought great joy to many. May her soul have peace and her memory carry on.
