Ardell C. Ryan

Ardell C Ryan, 84 of Littleton. Beloved mother and grandmother passed away Tuesday, April 8, 2008. Born in Swea City , IA to Emma and Robert Kiene, she later moved to Washington, D.C. where she worked and met her husband, Joseph Ryan. Due to Air Force assignments, the family moved frequently, including a two year assignment to Hawaii. Mr. Ryan passed away in 1974. Mrs Ryan is survived by her son Pat Ryan of Littleton and her daughter Jan Burton (Sheril) of Pleasant Grove, UT. She has six grandchildren (Amanda, Ryan, Sarah, Emily, Alex and Daniel) and four great-grandchildren (Jakob, Josef, Ashlin and Josslyn.) Mrs. Ryan will be remembered for her kind and patient nature and her thoughtfulness toward others. Services will be held Monday, April 14, 2008 1:00 PM at Horan and McConaty, 3101 S Wadsworth in Lakewood. Interment will be in Ft. Logan National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to American Cancer Society.
