Barbara Ann Bangert

Barbara was born on September 5, 1931 in Alliance, NE. After raising her family in Bayard, NE, she moved to Denver in 2007. She passed away March 13, 2015. She is preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Don Bangert and her daughter, Sally Bangert. She is survived by her daughter, Janice Bangert Fisher (Scott) and her son, Steve Bangert (Shannon); grandchildren, Dane Fisher and Audrey Fisher, Meghan Bangert Statton (Rob), Seth Bangert, Haley Bangert, Olivia Bangert, Wyatt Bangert, Taylor Hinds, and Alyssa Hinds; great-granddaughter, Dellah Statton. Barbara was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend who spent her life in service of others. She was involved with The Delores Project and Most Precious Blood Catholic Church – Martha's Group. She was an avid bridge player, and enjoyed quilting and needlepoint. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, March 19th at 1pm at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church, 2250 S Harrison St, Denver, CO.
