Barbara L. Connolly

Barbara L. Connolly, age 90, of Centennial, passed away on August 31, 2017. She was born on May 16, 1927 in Houston, Texas. Barbara is preceded in death by her husband, John, and son, Kevin. She is survived by her children, Carol Devita, John Connolly (Eileen), Andrew Connolly (Christine), Glenn Connolly, Kathleen Speight (Ryan), and 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Barbara dedicated her life to serving as a wife, mother, nurse, and an officer in the United States Air Force. Recitation of the Rosary will be held at 3:30pm on Sunday, September 10, 2017 at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 5303 East County Line Road, Centennial, Colorado 80122. A Visitation will follow the rosary from 4pm-6pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, September 11, 2017 at 11:30am at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 8035 South Quebec, Centennial 80112. Following the Funeral Mass, burial will be at 1:30pm at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 South Sheridan Boulevard, Denver. Reception to follow the burial at the family's home.
