Barbara Anne May

Barbara Anne May, 83 passed away December 19, 2024 at her home. Born June 21, 1941 in Denver, the daughter of Rosemary and Orval Robb. 

She attended Wheat Ridge High School and Central Business College. She enjoyed swimming, snow skiing, water skiing, traveling and camping in the family motor home. She also enjoyed playing the piano and organ. Barbara was an accomplished genealogist. She was active in the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) and served as the Regent for two years. 

Barbara is survived by Jerry, her husband of 59 years; son Mike May and daughter Vicki Wadleigh; granddaughters Karina, Ava, Allison, and Mandi; great-granddaughter Wrenley; sister Nancy Lenich, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A rosary will be said at 6:00 PM on January 2, 2025 at Horan and McConaty, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd, Lakewood, CO. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on January 3, 2025 at Notre Dame Catholic Church, 2190 S. Sheridan Blvd, Denver, CO. Reception will follow at the Holiday Inn, 7390 W. Hampden Ave, Lakewood, CO. Guests coming from out of town are invited to stay at the hotel which offers bereavement rates.
