Barbara Jean Shade, age 66, of Centennial, passed away September 13, 2011. Survived by spouse of 42 years, Timothy E. Shade; sons Timothy T. (Sara) Shade and Matthew L. Shade; grandchildren Alex, Owen and Addison Shade and Hope the dog; siblings Susan Spinas and Michael Mlenek. Preceded in death by parents Leo & Dorothy Mlenek; brother Patrick Mlenek and sister Linda Mlenek.
