Barrie G. Sullivan II died of brain cancer on February 22, 2014. He was a true gentleman and nice guy. He practiced law in Denver for over 40 years and developed friendships with the legal community and especially with the many clients to whom he devoted his talents. There were other sides to Barrie as well; he was a wonderful husband, father and brother to his wife Sandy, children Joseph and Joan-Marie and his brothers Kerry, the late Mark and Brian. And then there was baseball. He lived for baseball. As a kid in Boston, getting autographs from his idols outside Fenway Park, to the grown man doing the same with Rockies players at Coors Field. He just loved the game. There will be a Celebration of Barrie's life at 5pm on Friday at The Wellshire Inn at 3333 So. Colorado Blvd., Denver. Private Interment was held at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
